3. Within two days of receiving the instrument, our expert engineer provides the customer with a quote for replacement parts and labor costs. If accepted, the repair begins. If not accepted, no charges apply, and the instrument with its original malfunction is returned.
4. Once repaired, the instrument is tested by an engineer using specialized equipment and then sent back to the customer.
5. After repair, payment is made according to the provided quote, and the instrument is packaged and shipped.

Note: The repaired instrument is under a 180-day warranty for the original malfunction.
