Repair Process:

1. Customers communicate the instrument’s model and malfunction details to our customer service via phone or WeChat.
2. After confirmation from the customer, the instrument requiring repair is properly packaged and sent to our company’s repair department.
3. Within two days of receiving the instrument, our expert engineer provides the customer with a quote for replacement parts and labor costs. If accepted, the repair begins. If not accepted, no charges apply, and the instrument with its original malfunction is returned.
4. Once the instrument is repaired, it is tested by an engineer using specialized equipment and then sent back to the customer.
5. Payment is made according to the repair quote, and the instrument is packaged and shipped.

Note: The repaired instrument is under a 180-day warranty for the original malfunction.
