The full-frequency pipe locator is a new type of pipe locator carefully developed by an international team in the field of pipeline detection technology, combining years of technical experience and user requirements. It uses electromagnetic methods to detect the position, burial depth, direction, and signal current strength of underground pipelines. It is suitable for detecting deep-buried pipelines and can be equipped with various functional accessories for outer sheath grounding fault location, dense cable identification, and non-metallic pipeline location.

Main Features:

  1. Full-Frequency Reception:
    • LD6000 receiver breaks through with full-frequency reception, presetting 55 main detection frequencies.
    • Select reasonable detection frequencies based on site conditions to enhance the detection ability of complex pipelines.
    • Compatible with various pipeline locators’ working frequencies, can be used with transmitters of any brand.
    • Existing locator users can upgrade the entire machine performance by purchasing the receiver alone.
  2. Advanced Signal Reception Technology:
    • Highly sensitive new-type receiving coils with a dynamic range of up to 140dB, capable of detecting deeper pipelines and longer distances.
    • Special loop reception technology compresses the signal response range, improving signal resolution and the accuracy of locating dense pipelines.
    • Dual-coil technology eliminates or suppresses electromagnetic interference from neighboring pipelines, both spatially and underground.
    • Anti-interference filter automatically filters interference signals, significantly improving the signal-to-noise ratio and stability of the detection signal, facilitating dense pipeline location.
    • Dual-core high-speed processor enhances signal processing and calculation speed, making pipeline positioning, depth measurement, and current measurement faster.

    • Real-time depth measurement function indicates reference depth when tracking pipelines.

  4. Software Upgrade for New Features:
    • LD6000 can be configured and upgraded with instrument functions through software without any hardware changes. Future configurations of more powerful functions are unlimited, including new frequencies, new color display interfaces, data storage and download functions, GPS functions, and more.
  5. Multiple Location Methods:
    • LD6000 has three location methods: peak method, valley method, and wide peak method. Different signal reception methods are suitable for different pipeline conditions, facilitating comparison and mutual verification of detection results under complex pipeline conditions.
    • Peak method has strong anti-interference ability, providing accurate positioning and depth measurement in dense pipeline environments; suitable for dense and complex pipeline conditions.
    • Valley method has moderate anti-interference ability but high signal sensitivity, capable of receiving signals from deep pipelines and detecting long-distance single pipelines.
    • The wide peak method’s anti-interference ability and signal sensitivity are between the peak method and the valley method, suitable for detecting deep single pipelines.
  6. Multiple Depth Measurement Methods:
    • The 70% characteristic point method is an accurate and effective depth measurement method verified through years of practice, ensuring depth measurement accuracy even under complex conditions.
    • Direct reading depth measurement method is suitable for single pipeline condition depth measurement and depth reference.

Radiodetection LD6000 High-Power Transmitter:

  1. 10W High Power Output:
    • LD6000 transmitter features a 10W high-power output signal.
    • Output voltage reaches up to 50V, and output current up to 1A, with powerful direct output performance.
    • Uses a new efficient induction coil, increasing the magnetic moment of the induction coil, improving induction excitation performance by around 30% compared to other 10W transmitters.
  2. Excellent Signal Output Performance:
    • Direct output and induction excitation output performance of LD6000 transmitter are far superior to those of similar 10W transmitters, significantly improving the overall depth and distance measurement performance, especially suitable for detecting deep-buried pipelines and long-distance pipelines.
